Join other like-minded individuals or groups trekking with a spirit of adventure for a once-in-a-lifetime experience as you hike through beautiful landscapes, visit historical and spiritual monuments, and get to know the rich culture of the people who call these lands home.

You will have daily asana practice along with meditation and group discussions to quiet the mind and to balance out the strenuous nature of hiking. Throughout the trip, you will also have free time to explore various camp sites and villages, engage in colorful dialogue with your fellow adventurers and also the native locals, discover your inner sanctuary as you re-connect to nature and to those around you, and will be inspired to live authentically, with compassion while pursuing your own passions.

Different Yoga
Yoga is not acrobatic.Everyday you will take part in one sessions of one hour in the morning. Bring your personal yoga mat and loose but warm clothe.

Outdoor yoga.
The yoga classes are given outside to catch more energy. High mountains have less oxygen but more energy called “prana” by yogis. Pranayama is a yoga technique useful to trek more easily.

Hatha yoga.
As a physiotherapist and physical training teacher yoga classes in connection with basics of anatomy and physiology, related to the postures and the breathing. Learning to control breath is the best way to trek in Himalaya for preventing Acute Mountain Sickness. Trekking softly and breathing right are better than going fast.

Trekking with Safety First is a priority for us and we make sure that acclimatization is done properly before going higher.

Tibetan Yoga.
This technique awakes the general energy. It is particularly efficient in the mountains. It is made of forty exercises, done each morning as the sun salutations and the Tibetan Buddhist prostrations.

Yoga cleansing.
The cleansing yoga exercises for the digestive system are not taught very often in the cities. Our yoga teacher can teach them at the beginning of the trip. Within a short time you will eliminate a lot of toxins accumulated during the year. The local food is connected with healthy life.

The massages
In the West there are two main kinds of massage to stimulate or to relax the body and the mind. Massage for relaxation is done to restore the body after exercising and trekking.

Anybody can practice this kind of technique but it is easier and safer to learn with a professional masseur.
