Uttam Tamang, Founder and Managing Director of Brilliant Treks & Adventure is dedicated towards tourism sector since 1994.

Many trekking and travel agencies are established in Nepal for different purposes. Some agencies are established through their academic qualification, some are established through their experience where Brilliant treks & Adventure is one. Mr Tamang had entered in this field as an ordinary porter and was later promoted to guide and manager and in 1999 he commenced his own trekking agency named Brilliant Treks & Adventure. Mr Tamang has visited most of the trekking field and has collected lots of trekking experiences during his guiding period so he has been successful to flourish in heart of several people with his astonishing service.

Social responsibilities
After their birth everyone has to die, this is the lifecycle of every creature but those who appreciate and respect the social work, their body surely ends but their soul never ends, their soul will be alive among the heart of thousands people, with this thought Mr. Tamang, at the age of 14 had donated 3 ropanies of land to a government school named Shree Mahendra higher Secondary School. When he entered in trekking sector, he was contacted with Australian Organization, he contributed all the volunteers and his effort and skill to serve his own village, school etc. He served his village school around the budget of Rs.20 Lakhs through overseas volunteers and was successful to change the physical infrastructure of the school where now around 700 students are struggling for their bright future. Not only this, he is supporting to those families whose children are deprived from getting good quality education through finding sponsers. The main motto of this company is to provide and create more employment facilities.
